Why do you test moisture and pH?

Moisture vapor and high alkalinity can interfere with coating adhesion. Testing gives us useful information about the slab before we recommend or install a system.

Do you repair cracks and damaged concrete?

We evaluate cracks, spalls, divots, and broken areas and include appropriate repairs in the written scope when feasible. Repairs cannot prevent future slab movement or correct every structural condition.
