Concrete care & natural finishes

Renew the concrete you already have.

When the slab is sound and a full decorative coating is not the right fit, Clean & Seal or Grind & Seal can restore appearance, improve maintenance, and protect the surface.

Clean & Seal

Refresh and protect existing concrete with professional cleaning and a high-quality sealer selected for the surface and desired appearance.

Clean & Seal is ideal for concrete that is still in good condition but needs a cleaner appearance, added protection, and a more finished look.

We thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, grime, stains, and buildup before applying a professional concrete sealer. The finished surface is easier to maintain and better protected from moisture, staining, weather exposure, and everyday wear.

Depending on the surface and desired appearance, sealers can provide anything from a natural look to a richer, enhanced finish.

Grind & Seal

Transform ordinary concrete into a clean, modern, durable finished surface while allowing the slab's natural character to remain visible.

We mechanically grind the concrete to remove surface imperfections, contaminants, old coatings, and uneven areas. The surface is then cleaned and protected with a professional-grade sealer or clear protective coating.

Grinding can expose varying amounts of sand and aggregate, creating a unique finished appearance that ranges from subtle and natural to more decorative.

A grind-and-seal floor offers a clean industrial-style appearance, improved durability, easier maintenance, and excellent value compared with more involved polished-concrete systems.

Great for
  • Garages
  • Basements
  • Retail spaces
  • Warehouses
  • Workshops
  • Restaurants
  • Offices
  • Showrooms
  • Residential interiors

Each floor is unique, with the concrete's natural variation becoming part of the finished design.

What sets the work apart

The finish starts with what we find underneath.

Every durable coating begins with a realistic look at the concrete. Carolina All Pro Coatings evaluates slab conditions before defining the installation plan.

  1. 01
    Test before recommending

Moisture and pH results help inform product and preparation decisions.

  2. 02
    Correct the visible damage

Cracks, spalls, divots, and broken areas are evaluated and repaired as scoped.

  3. 03
    Match materials to use

Traffic, sunlight, cleaning, texture, design, and cure time all shape the system.

Helpful answers before the estimate

Start with the conditions that matter.

Every slab is different. These answers explain how we approach common coating questions without making promises before an onsite evaluation.

Talk through your project: (839) 330-1858
How does the estimate process work?

Call or submit the quote form with your address, project type, approximate size, and photos if available. We confirm the service area, discuss your goals, and arrange an onsite slab assessment when appropriate. The proposal identifies preparation, the selected system, and project-specific assumptions.

Why do you test moisture and pH?

Moisture vapor and high alkalinity can interfere with coating adhesion. Testing gives us useful information about the slab before we recommend or install a system.

Do you repair cracks and damaged concrete?

We evaluate cracks, spalls, divots, and broken areas and include appropriate repairs in the written scope when feasible. Repairs cannot prevent future slab movement or correct every structural condition.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Gaston, Columbia, and surrounding South Carolina communities within an approximate 50-mile radius. Exact availability depends on the address, project scope, and schedule.
