Decorative flake is applied until the wet base coat is fully covered and cannot accept more. Excess material is removed after cure before the clear topcoat is installed.
Can I choose the flake colors?
Yes. Blend availability depends on the selected materials, and the approved blend should be documented before installation.
Can cracks be hidden completely?
Cracks can often be cleaned and repaired before coating, but concrete can continue to move. A repair improves the surface; it cannot guarantee that a moving crack will never reappear.
Will the finished floor be slippery?
Any smooth surface can be slippery when wet. Texture and slip-resistant aggregate can be considered based on the location, cleaning needs, and how the floor will be used.
